It depends on where you fly. U.S. domestic flights carry a 7.5% Federal Excise Tax plus a per-passenger Segment Fee. International legs are subject to departure and arrival taxes, security fees and, in some jurisdictions, VAT on the charter or on catering. Every applicable tax is listed as its own line on the quote with the collecting authority named — we never bundle taxes into a single opaque number.

Standard landing, ramp, parking and handling at the departure and arrival airports are included in the quoted price. Optional or event-driven charges — de-icing in winter, extended overnight parking, VIP terminal use, extra security or special catering — are quoted separately in advance and only added with your written approval.
