1. Our Role

Limitless Sky and Sea LLC acts as a charter broker. We arrange private aircraft charters with licensed third-party aircraft operators. We do not own or operate aircraft. The flight you book is operated by a FAA/EASA (or equivalent) certified air carrier.

2. Booking Process

• All quotes are subject to aircraft and crew availability.
• A binding contract is formed only after we receive your full payment and the chosen operator confirms the flight.
• We will provide you with the operator’s details, tail number (when available), and final charter contract prior to departure.

3. Payment Terms

To secure your private jet charter, full payment of the quoted charter price is required as follows:

• Full payment must be received no later than 5 business days prior to departure (or earlier for international or peak-period flights).

Accepted payment methods include:

• Bank wire transfer (preferred)
• ACH / SEPA transfers
• Revolut, Mercury, or Wise transfers
• Credit card (subject to additional processing fees)

All funds must be paid to Limitless Sky and Sea LLC. Upon receipt, we will promptly forward the operator’s portion to confirm and secure the aircraft.

Important: Until full payment is received and cleared, the booking is not guaranteed.

4. Pricing and Additional Costs

• Quoted prices are based on current fuel costs, exchange rates, and operator fees at the time of quoting.
• Additional charges (e.g., de-icing, catering, ground transportation, overnight crew fees, or customs) may apply and will be quoted separately when possible.
• We reserve the right to adjust the final price if there are significant increases in fuel costs or mandatory operator surcharges.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms are governed by the operating air carrier’s policy and will be clearly stated in your charter contract. Generally:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure may qualify for a partial refund (minus any non-refundable costs already incurred).
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are typically non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
• Any refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days after the operator confirms the cancellation.

6. Changes to the Itinerary

Any changes requested after confirmation may incur additional fees or be subject to aircraft availability.

7. Liability and Limitations

• Limitless Sky and Sea LLC is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by the aircraft operator, weather, mechanical issues, ATC, or any force majeure events.
• Our liability is limited to the brokerage services provided. We do not assume liability for the actual flight operations.

8. Privacy

Your personal and payment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
