BOOKING & QUOTES

Is Limitless Sky an air carrier or an air charter broker?+

Limitless Sky is an air charter broker. All flights are operated by properly licensed direct air carriers exercising full operational control of the aircraft. We do not own, operate or hold operational control of any aircraft — we arrange flights on behalf of our clients with vetted certified operators.

How quickly can I book a private jet?+

On most routes, wheels-up in two to four hours from a confirmed booking. Our desk replies to every quote request within ten minutes, day or night.

How far in advance should I book?+

For peak weekends (Cannes, Monaco GP, Davos, August Med) we recommend 5–10 days. For midweek European or US domestic flights, 24–48 hours is usually enough. We have booked wheels-up flights inside 90 minutes when an aircraft was already positioned.

What information do you need to send a quote?+

Departure airport or city, destination, date and preferred time window, passenger count, and any luggage or catering notes. That is enough for a firm quote within 10 minutes.

Can I request quotes on multiple aircraft?+

Yes. We usually present two or three options at different price points — for example a light jet, a super-midsize and a heavy — so you can weigh cabin, range and cost side by side.

How long is a quote valid?+

Typically 24 hours. Operators hold their aircraft against other requests during that window; after 24 hours we requote at the current market rate, which can move up or down.

Do you charge for quotes?+

No. Quoting, sourcing and consulting are free — we are only paid when a flight is confirmed and paid.

Can I speak to the same agent every time?+

Yes. Every client is assigned a lead agent and a backup on a different time zone, so someone who already knows your preferences is always reachable.

PRICING & PAYMENT

How are payments handled?+

We accept bank transfer, all major credit cards (Amex included) and selected digital assets. Funds are held on a segregated client account until the flight is released to the operator.

Are taxes included in the quote?+

Our quotes are all-in for the route quoted. US Federal Excise Tax, EU VAT and overflight permits are itemised so you can see exactly what is added and why.

Do you take commission from operators?+

No. We work exclusively for the charterer. Our margin is disclosed on the invoice — the operator quote and our fee are shown separately.

What drives the price of a charter?+

Aircraft category, flight time, positioning legs (getting the empty aircraft to you and back to base), crew duty, landing and handling fees, fuel surcharges, and taxes. Weekends and peak events add a premium.

Why is a one-way sometimes more expensive than a round trip?+

Because the aircraft has to reposition empty back to its home base after dropping you off. Round trips absorb the reposition into a single trip, so per-hour cost drops.

Can I pay in a currency other than EUR or USD?+

Yes. GBP, CHF, AED and CAD are handled routinely; other currencies on request. FX is transparent — we use the mid-market rate on the invoice date.

Do you accept cryptocurrency?+

Yes — BTC, ETH and USDC through a regulated custodian. Funds are converted to fiat immediately, so the invoice remains stable.

Is a deposit required?+

For standard bookings the full amount is due before departure. For repeat clients on account we invoice within 7 days of the flight.

AIRCRAFT & FLEET

What aircraft categories do you offer?+

Very light jets, light jets, midsize, super-midsize, heavy, ultra-long-range, and VIP airliners (ACJ / BBJ / Lineage 1000). We also arrange turboprops for short hops into unpaved or high-altitude fields.

How old are the aircraft you use?+

Median fleet age across our operator network is under 10 years. On request we filter by year of manufacture, hours since new, or last major inspection.

Can I specify a particular tail number?+

Yes — many repeat clients request their preferred aircraft. Availability and reposition cost may vary, and we'll show both options if the preferred jet has to reposition.

What is the longest non-stop flight you can arrange?+

Approximately 8,000 nautical miles on a Gulfstream G650ER or Bombardier Global 7500 — for example Dubai to Los Angeles or Sydney to Los Angeles non-stop.

Can I fly with a specific cabin configuration (bedroom, shower)?+

Yes. On heavy and ultra-long-range aircraft we can filter for enclosed private bedrooms, showers, forward and aft galleys, and dedicated crew rest.

Are the aircraft Wi-Fi equipped?+

Most midsize and above are equipped with Ka-band or Ku-band satellite Wi-Fi. Light jets increasingly have Gogo AVANCE L5 in the US. We confirm bandwidth per tail before booking.

What is the difference between light, midsize and heavy jets?+

Roughly: light jets seat 5–7 with 3–4 hours range, midsize 7–9 with 5–6 hours, heavy 10–14 with 7–8 hours, and ultra-long-range 12–19 with 13+ hours. Cabin height and baggage volume scale with size too.

SAFETY & REGULATION

Are the operators you use properly licensed?+

Yes. All flights are operated by properly licensed direct air carriers exercising full operational control of the aircraft, holding FAA Part 135, EASA AOC, UK CAA AOC, or the equivalent authority for their jurisdiction.

Who has operational control of the flight?+

The operating carrier — not Limitless Sky. The certificated operator is solely responsible for crew, maintenance, dispatch, safety and the conduct of the flight.

What safety ratings do you require from operators?+

We prioritise operators holding ARGUS Gold / Platinum, WYVERN Wingman, or IS-BAO Stage 2 / 3. We can restrict quoting to only these tiers on request.

How are pilots vetted?+

Minimum airline transport pilot licence for captains, type rating current, recurrent simulator training every six months, and a documented experience minimum (usually 3,000+ total hours, 1,000+ in type for captains on heavy aircraft).

Do you audit operators?+

We review the operator's AOC, insurance certificate, ARGUS/WYVERN/IS-BAO status, and maintenance programme at onboarding and annually. Ad-hoc audits are triggered by any incident, near-miss or client complaint.

What happens if an aircraft goes AOG (mechanical)?+

Our operations desk sources a replacement aircraft of equal or better category, coordinates crew and slot changes, and keeps you informed in real time. Additional cost, if any, is borne by the operator per contract.

Are Limitless Sky flights subject to the same rules as airlines?+

Charter is regulated under a separate framework (Part 135 in the US, EU-OPS/EASA in Europe) with its own crew duty, maintenance and dispatch rules. Safety standards are comparable to scheduled airlines; some rules (e.g. runway performance margins) are stricter.

EMPTY LEGS

What is an empty leg flight?+

Aircraft repositioning without passengers. If the route, date and time align with your plans, you can fly the same jet at 25 to 75 percent below the standard charter rate.

How do I get notified about empty legs on my routes?+

Use our AI Empty Leg Search — set a plain-English alert like 'London to Nice next Friday' and we push matching legs the moment they enter the market.

Can I change the date or time on an empty leg?+

Small time shifts (2–4 hours) are usually free. Larger changes convert the trip into a standard charter with pricing to match.

Are empty legs always cheaper?+

Almost always, but not on ultra-peak dates (e.g. Cannes Sunday returns) when repositioning demand is so high that operators price them close to full charter.

Can an empty leg be cancelled by the operator?+

Yes — until fully confirmed and paid, an empty leg can be cancelled if the underlying charter that created it is cancelled. Once confirmed, it is protected like any other flight.

Can I add stops to an empty leg?+

Usually one short pickup or drop-off is possible if it fits the crew duty and operator's schedule. We confirm feasibility per request.

BAGGAGE & CABIN

Is there a baggage limit?+

Light jets typically carry 6–8 medium cases; heavy jets carry the full luggage of every passenger plus skis or golf bags. We confirm the exact hold dimensions before booking.

Can I bring skis, golf clubs or a bicycle?+

Yes, but we match the aircraft to the cargo. A light jet may struggle with a full ski party; a super-midsize handles skis or golf for six easily.

Are there liquid restrictions like on airlines?+

No 100 ml rule on private charter. Reasonable quantities of wine, spirits, cosmetics and duty-free are welcome on board.

Can I bring firearms for hunting or sport?+

Yes, with the correct permits at both ends and 48 hours' notice. Weapons are stored in the hold in a locked case; ammunition is limited per operator policy.

Are large musical instruments allowed in the cabin?+

Cellos, guitars and small percussion travel in the cabin. Larger pieces (double bass, harp) usually need a midsize or larger aircraft with a wide door.

PETS & FAMILY

Can I bring pets on board?+

Yes. Dogs, cats and most small animals fly in the cabin at no extra charge. We arrange the paperwork for international moves.

Do pets need documents to fly internationally?+

Yes — an EU pet passport or equivalent health certificate, rabies vaccination, and a microchip. Some destinations (UK, Australia, UAE) have additional requirements we handle on your behalf.

Are child car seats and cribs available?+

Yes. We fit approved infant car seats and can arrange a bassinet or cot on longer sectors. Just tell us the child's age and weight.

Can unaccompanied minors fly by private jet?+

Yes, with a signed consent form and a designated adult at each end. On international flights we handle the customs paperwork and escort at both airports.

Are service animals treated differently?+

No — they always travel in the cabin with the handler, no charge, no crate, no documentation beyond the usual health certificate for international flights.

CATERING & ONBOARD

Can I order specific catering?+

Yes. From breakfast pastries to a Michelin-catered tasting menu with wine pairings. Order up to 48 hours ahead for complex menus; simpler requests can be added on the day.

Is alcohol included?+

A standard bar (champagne, wine, spirits, beer, soft drinks) is included on most heavy and ultra-long-range flights. Light and midsize jets are typically self-catered — we top up before departure at no charge.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements (kosher, halal, vegan)?+

Always. Kosher and halal catering from certified kitchens, vegan tasting menus, allergen-free galleys — please share requirements when booking.

Do the aircraft have a chef on board?+

Not standard on business jets. For VIP airliners and long-range international flights we arrange a private chef on request.

Can I bring my own food and drink?+

Yes, no corkage fee. Just let us know so the crew can chill or heat as required.

AIRPORTS & FBOS

What is an FBO?+

A Fixed Base Operator — the private terminal side of an airport. FBOs handle private aircraft parking, fuel, passenger lounges, immigration and customs. You arrive 10–15 minutes before departure, not 2 hours.

Can I choose which FBO to depart from?+

Yes, at airports with more than one FBO (Nice, Geneva, Teterboro, Van Nuys, etc.). Preferences vary — for privacy, valet arrangements, or vendor loyalty schemes.

Do you fly into small regional airports?+

Constantly. That is one of the biggest advantages of private aviation — access to more than 5,000 airports worldwide, many of them closer to your final destination than the nearest hub.

How early do I need to arrive?+

10–15 minutes for domestic flights, 20–30 minutes for international. The aircraft waits for you, not the other way around.

Is customs handled at the FBO?+

Yes at most international FBOs — customs and immigration officers come to the private terminal, so there is no public airport queue.

INTERNATIONAL & CUSTOMS

Do you fly internationally?+

Worldwide, including diplomatic clearances, custom AOG missions and humanitarian flights.

Are overflight permits included?+

Yes — permits, slot fees, navigation and airway charges are itemised on your invoice and coordinated by the operator's dispatch team.

What documents do passengers need?+

Valid passport with 6 months' remaining validity for most international destinations, plus visas as required. We flag visa needs at the quote stage.

Can you clear diplomatic or head-of-state flights?+

Yes. We regularly coordinate CAT-A / diplomatic slots, motorcade access airside, and closed-door immigration for sensitive itineraries.

How do you handle sanctioned countries?+

We do not operate to jurisdictions under EU, UK, US or UN sanctions where applicable. Compliance checks are run on every booking against OFAC, EU Consolidated and UK OFSI lists.

BUSINESS & CORPORATE

Do you work with corporate travel departments?+

Yes — we set up master service agreements, credit accounts, consolidated monthly invoicing and TMS integration for corporate flight departments.

Can multiple invoices be issued for one flight?+

Yes, split between entities or cost centres as required, with matching VAT / FET treatment.

Do you provide flight reporting for compliance?+

Yes. Monthly reports include flight time, routes, passengers, CO₂ emissions and full cost breakdown — formatted for internal audit or executive committee use.

Can we hold aircraft on retainer?+

Yes, through a Jet Card, block hours agreement, or a dedicated ACMI arrangement for repeat corporate rotations.

Can we transport sensitive cargo (prototypes, samples)?+

Yes — with sealed hold, escorted handling, and chain-of-custody documentation. Common for pharma, motorsport and semiconductor clients.

MEMBERSHIP & JET CARDS

Do you sell Jet Cards?+

Yes — Limitless Sky Reserve is our fully refundable Jet Card programme with fixed hourly rates, guaranteed availability and no expiry on unused hours.

How is a Jet Card different from a broker quote?+

Fixed hourly rate locked at purchase, guaranteed aircraft availability with 24-hour call-out, and no reposition charges within a defined service area.

Do unused Jet Card hours expire?+

No. Reserve hours never expire and are fully refundable at any time at the unused pro-rata rate.

Is fractional ownership something you offer?+

We advise on fractional shares (NetJets, VistaJet, Flexjet) but do not sell them ourselves. For most 50–200 hour/year users, a Jet Card or on-demand charter is more economical.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Can I change the route after booking?+

Yes, until 24 hours before departure on most flights. Repricing reflects the new routing only — there is no change penalty.

What is the cancellation policy?+

Standard: 100% refund if cancelled more than 72 hours before departure; sliding scale inside 72 hours; non-refundable inside 24 hours except for weather or operator cause. Exact terms are on the charter agreement.

What if the operator cancels?+

We source a replacement aircraft at no additional cost. If no aircraft is available and the flight is cancelled entirely, the full amount is refunded.

Can I add or remove passengers last minute?+

Yes — up to the aircraft's certified seat and weight limit. Just notify us so the operator can update the general declaration and catering.

Are there rebooking fees for date changes?+

No fee from us. The operator may reprice if the new date falls in a higher-demand window; we always show the delta before you confirm.

INSURANCE & LIABILITY

Is Limitless Sky insured?+

Yes. Limitless Sky and Sea LLC carries Professional Liability (E&O) with Berkshire Hathaway Direct, USD 1,000,000 per claim / USD 1,000,000 aggregate, plus a USD 100,000 cyber liability rider. Certificate on /legal/insurance.

What does Professional Liability (E&O) cover for a broker?+

Negligence, mistakes or omissions in the professional services we provide: quoting, contracting, operator selection, due diligence, disclosures, payment handling and itinerary management. It does not cover the operation of the aircraft itself.

Is the aircraft itself insured for my flight?+

Yes. Every operator we contract with carries aviation hull and passenger liability insurance meeting or exceeding Montreal Convention 1999 and EU Regulation (EC) 785/2004 minimums, typically USD 200M–500M combined single limit on heavy jets.

Can I be added as an additional insured on the operator policy?+

Yes, with 48 hours' notice. Common for corporate clients and film / media productions.

Do you recommend personal travel insurance?+

Yes — a standard trip insurance policy covers medical, baggage and personal cancellation risk that neither our E&O nor the operator's hull policy addresses.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

How do you protect passenger privacy?+

Passenger names never appear on marketing material or aircraft tracking feeds. On request we file with FAA LADD / EASA equivalents to remove the aircraft from public trackers.

Can I hide the aircraft from flight-tracking websites?+

Yes — LADD (Limiting Aircraft Data Displayed) in the US, and Aircraft Registration Redaction in EU airspace. Both suppress the tail from FlightAware, FlightRadar24, ADSBExchange and similar.

Do you sign NDAs?+

Standard. We routinely counter-sign client, family office and celebrity NDAs before receiving any personal or itinerary data.

Can you arrange armed security or close protection?+

Yes, through licensed close-protection partners in most jurisdictions. Firearms travel per operator policy and destination law.

How is my payment data protected?+

PCI DSS Level 1 processing via Stripe / Adyen; card data never touches our servers. Bank details are shared over encrypted channels and rotated regularly.

CONCIERGE & GROUND

Do you arrange ground transport?+

Yes — chauffeured cars, helicopter transfers, motorcades. Vehicle waits airside for tarmac transfers where the FBO permits.

Can you book hotels and villas?+

Yes. Our concierge desk holds preferred rates at Aman, Rosewood, Four Seasons, Bulgari, One&Only and most independent luxury properties.

Do you arrange yacht charter?+

Yes, on the same billing as the flight — Med and Caribbean primarily, with brokers we've worked with for 10+ years.

Can you organise restaurant reservations and event tickets?+

Yes — Michelin tables at short notice, Formula 1 hospitality, Wimbledon debentures, art fair previews. Everything on one invoice.

Are you reachable 24/7?+

Yes. Your lead agent, a duty agent and our operations desk are on rotation 24/7/365. WhatsApp, email, phone — whichever channel you prefer.

WEATHER & DELAYS

What happens if weather delays my flight?+

The operator's dispatch reroutes, delays or diverts as safety requires. We keep you informed in real time and adjust ground transport and catering to match.

Do private jets fly in bad weather?+

Yes — modern business jets fly higher (up to FL510) than most weather, and land in Cat II/III conditions where airport equipment permits. Safety minimums are set by the crew, not the client.

Am I refunded if my flight diverts?+

Diversions for weather or ATC are not refundable but do not incur extra cost unless the diversion requires an overnight — in which case crew and aircraft positioning are the only add-ons.

What about airport slot restrictions (Cannes, Ibiza, Aspen)?+

Peak-day slots at capacity-constrained airports are managed months ahead. We hold slots at the major event airports and can usually secure a same-day movement even in high season.

SUSTAINABILITY

Can I offset the CO₂ of my flight?+

Yes. We offer Gold Standard and Verra-certified offset portfolios and calculate the exact tCO₂e per sector using ICAO methodology.

Do you offer Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF)?+

Yes, book-and-claim SAF at partner FBOs and a growing number of physical uplifts at London, Van Nuys, Zurich and Nice.

Which is more efficient — one heavy jet or two light jets?+

Almost always the single heavy for the same passenger count — one climb, one cruise, one crew. We include a CO₂ comparison in every multi-option quote.

SPECIAL MISSIONS

Do you arrange medical evacuation flights?+

Yes — dedicated air ambulance operators with ICU-configured jets, doctor and nurse teams, and coordination with sending and receiving hospitals worldwide.

Can you charter a jet for a sports team?+

Yes. Group charter for 20–120 passengers on Lineage 1000, ACJ319, BBJ or narrow-body VIP airliners, with dedicated catering and cargo hold for equipment.

Do you handle film and media productions?+

Yes — including talent movement, cargo aircraft for camera and rigging, and airside filming permits at cooperating airports.

Can you fly with human remains (repatriation)?+

Yes, in the hold on a suitable heavy jet or dedicated freighter, with the required consular and health documentation coordinated end-to-end.

Do you arrange humanitarian and disaster-response flights?+

Yes. We have moved medical teams, aid cargo and evacuees under NGO and government contracts, including into austere and unserved airfields.

Can you fly with a private security detail on board?+

Yes. Close-protection officers travel with the principal on the same aircraft, coordinated with the operator's crew and destination authorities.
