We staff the charter desk around the clock — Zurich, Dubai and New York time zones covered by a live broker, not a forwarding rule. Standard domestic and intra-European quotes come back inside ten minutes; transcontinental or large-group work inside an hour. If an aircraft needs to be wheels-up the same day, we'll tell you within fifteen minutes whether it's possible and what it costs.

Most brokers concentrate on one geography. We operate as a global desk: roughly 35% Europe, 25% Middle East, 20% North America, 20% rest of world. Pick a tail. We contract within the hour, electronically. Pre-flight paperwork — passport scans, MEDIF if needed, special handling — is co-ordinated by your trip lead.

We fly

Aircraft positioned, crew briefed, FBO and ground transfer confirmed. Your trip lead is on-call from the moment you leave the house until you land at the next one.

We follow up

Post-flight summary, invoice and any rebate (typical on empty-leg legs) within 48 hours. We log preferences so the next trip starts faster.
