2. Data we collect
When you request a quote we collect: your name, email, phone number, departure and destination airports, travel dates, passenger count and any notes you provide. When you visit the website we automatically log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, referrer, pages viewed) for security and aggregated analytics.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to respond to your quote request, arrange the charter and meet regulatory and accounting obligations. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in securing and improving the service).
4. Sharing
To fulfil a charter we share the minimum necessary passenger and itinerary data with the operating air carrier, FBOs, ground handlers, catering providers and immigration authorities as required. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Where a flight involves operators or service providers outside the EU/EEA, your data may be transferred to those jurisdictions strictly for the purpose of executing the flight, with appropriate safeguards in place.
6. Retention
Quote requests are retained for up to 24 months. Booking and invoicing records are retained for up to 10 years as required by German commercial and tax law.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise any of these rights, contactcharter@thelimitlesssky.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your habitual residence.
