Nassau and Paradise Island
Nassau is the easiest arrival: any jet, international services on the ground, and short drives to Paradise Island and the western resorts.
The Exumas
For George Town and the southern cays, fly direct into Exuma International (GGT). For cays further north, ask us — some are reached by a short onward flight or by boat from your arrival airport.
Harbour Island and Eleuthera
Fly to North Eleuthera (ELH). The Bahamas tourism office describes the crossing to Harbour Island as a five-minute ferry ride; water taxis run from the dock throughout the day.
Choose the island before choosing the aircraft
Send your hotel, villa or boat meeting point with the flight request. An attractive estimate to Nassau is not automatically the best journey to Harbour Island or the Exumas: an onward flight or boat can change both the schedule and the total cost. Compare the correct arrival airport first, then the aircraft class and luggage capacity.
The Boston and Dallas estimates on this page use Nassau; the New York–North Eleuthera estimate is for Harbour Island. A class shown in the table is a pricing-model option, not an operational clearance. The operator still checks runway performance, payload and arrival conditions for the chosen aircraft, especially when using the smaller island airports.
Plan the return as carefully as the arrival
For a Harbour Island stay, include the water taxi and car to ELH in your departure plan rather than treating the flight time as the start of the journey. For a multi-island holiday, send all accommodation dates together so we can compare flying home from your last island against returning to the original airport.
