Is chauffeur ground transport included with membership?

Yes. Every Reserve member receives a complimentary chauffeur transfer from their home, office or hotel to the aircraft and back on every booked flight — within a 25 km radius of the departure and arrival airport for Access and Signature, and an extended 50 km radius for Black. Transfers beyond the included radius, additional vehicles, waiting time and cross-border ground movements are quoted transparently as a line item.

How does the member discount actually work?

Members receive a 3%, 5% or 10% member discount on eligible charter bookings, applied against the Limitless Sky service margin and shown transparently on each quote. Operator costs, taxes, airport charges, handling fees, de-icing, catering and third-party costs are not discounted unless specifically stated in the quote.

Do I have to deposit funds to join?

No. You can either deposit $100,000, $250,000 or $500,000 into your Reserve account and unlock a tier immediately, or earn the same status by completing 10, 25 or 50 charter flights within a calendar year.

What happens to my unused deposit balance?

Your deposit sits in your Limitless Sky Reserve account and is drawn down against future charter flights. Unused balance remains available for your next trip — it is not consumed by monthly membership fees, because there aren't any.

Is this a jet card or a fractional program?

Neither. Limitless Sky is an air charter broker, not an aircraft owner or operator. Reserve is a loyalty and deposit program — you get member discounts, priority and AI empty leg alerts across the entire vetted charter market, without being locked to a single fleet.

How are empty leg alerts matched to my saved routes?

You set preferred city pairs (with nearby-airport optimization on Signature and Black). Our AI monitors operator schedules and repositioning legs and notifies you when a matching flight appears. Empty legs are opportunistic and depend on aircraft repositioning — they are not guaranteed.

Can companies and family offices hold the account?

Yes. Signature and Black tiers are designed for family offices, investment firms and companies with recurring travel — with multiple passenger profiles, assistant contact profiles, multi-leg itineraries and consolidated reporting for finance teams.

Does the member discount stack with empty leg pricing?

Empty legs are already priced significantly below standard charter rates. Member discounts apply to eligible charter bookings; where a specific empty leg is not eligible we say so clearly on the quote — you always see the final all-in price before booking.

How do I keep my earned status year-over-year?

Earned status resets each calendar year based on completed charter flights. Deposit-based membership stays active as long as your account has balance, and any completed flights during the deposit period also count toward the earned tier threshold.
