Some of our most frequent charter requests are not single legs but week-long arcs across two or three cities — a gala, a slope, a desert sunset — where the constant is not the aircraft but the company. In partnership with Never Forget Escort, we build these itineraries end to end so the principal arrives at each FBO to find every detail already settled.
Why a curated partnership matters
Booking companionship across borders is rarely as simple as a single introduction. Schedules slip, visas expire, hotel policies vary, and discretion is fragile the moment a third party is added. Never Forget Escort has spent years building a roster of models who travel constantly between the cities our clients fly to most — which means we can usually confirm the same companion for an entire itinerary, rather than handing off between agencies in each market.
Monaco — a Grand Prix weekend
A typical Riviera arc begins on the Thursday before the race. We position a Global 6000 into Nice Côte d'Azur, transfer by helicopter to the Monaco heliport, and check the party into a Carré d'Or suite at the Hôtel de Paris. Pit walks, paddock passes, the Amber Lounge afterparty and a Sunday lunch at La Vigie are arranged in parallel; the companion travels on the manifest as a guest and joins each engagement under the principal's preferred name.
St. Moritz — a winter week in the Engadin
From late January through early March the request shifts to the Engadin. Aircraft route into Samedan, the highest commercial airport in Europe, weather permitting; backup slots at St. Gallen-Altenrhein with a 90-minute road transfer are held by default. Badrutt's Palace and Suvretta House remain the two anchor properties. A typical week pairs morning ski instruction at Corviglia, lunch at El Paradiso, an afternoon at the Kulm spa, and dinner at La Coupole — the companion present throughout, dressed appropriately for each setting, and briefed in advance on the guest list of any private dinner.
Dubai — a long Gulf layover
Many clients use Dubai as a 48-hour pivot between Europe and Asia. We park at DWC or Al Bateen, check the party into a Palm Jumeirah villa or the Bvlgari Resort, and align the companion's arrival from Vienna or Milan with the principal's wheels-down. Yacht charters out of Dubai Marina, helicopter transfers to Ras Al Khaimah for desert dinners, and reserved tables at Gaia or Cipriani Yas Island are all coordinated by the same concierge desk handling the flight.
One point of contact, one invoice
The defining feature of these itineraries is operational: the client speaks to a single Limitless Sky advisor for the aircraft, the hotels, the companion and every reservation in between. Never Forget Escort invoices us directly; we consolidate everything under the principal's preferred billing entity. There is no second phone number to call, no separate paperwork, and no record of the arrangement outside our internal system.
Planning lead time
For race weekends, Art Basel, the Cannes festival, the Engadin ski season and major Gulf events, we recommend at least three weeks' notice so the same companion can be held across the full itinerary. Shorter timelines are workable — we have closed Monaco weekends inside 72 hours — but availability narrows quickly. As always, the easiest first step is a single message to your charter advisor with the cities, dates and any preferences; we return a complete proposal within 24 hours.
