Ground Handling
The package of services delivered to a private aircraft on the ground: marshalling, passenger transfers, baggage, fuel coordination, lavatory and water services.
IN PRACTICE
Handling is normally arranged by the operator through the chosen FBO. At airports without a permanent FBO presence the operator may appoint a local handler — common in remote ski destinations, Caribbean islands and military fields.
